SESSION II  Jan. 13th-March 24th
Cost: $195 for each 10 week session
Helps to stop the “I can’t draw, syndrome before it starts!  Exploration of the Elements of Art:  Line, Shape, Space, Color, Texture and Form.  Our goal is to direct the child’s ability and imagination with training, motivation and positive reinforcement in a non-judgememntal, non-competitive environment.

HOME SCHOOL PROGRAM  GRADES 1-6

ACRYLIC PAINTING FOR TEENS

Starting with the basics of composition and color theory, your teen will experience the creative, decision making process as they take their original skectch to a completed work of art. Various techniques and styles explored.  *Supplies Not Incl., List provided.  Ongoing Class Join  Anytime!


MOSAIC ART CLASS  Adult
Wednesdays, Oct. 14th-Dec. 9th 11 am-1 pm, Cost $225
Instructor- Joetta Currie
Learn the basics of this age-old technique. Each student will make an original work of art using a variety of material.  *Tools, some tile, grout, substrate and adhesive provided.  Students should plan to bring a variety of collected material.










JUST DRAW IT FOR KIDS!  AGES 7-11
Saturdays, 10:00-11:00 am 

Sept. 12th-Nov. 7th  No Class Oct. 10th
Cost $160 per 8 Class Sessions

Great for kids who just love to draw and want to improve their skills.  Learn to draw in 3-D, people, animals, cartoons, and more!  Variety of media and techniques are explored.

JUST PAINT IT!  AGES 7-11

Fun introduction to painting with familiar medium.  Instruction in basic color theory and painting techniques as we explore the styles of a variety of famous artists with landscape, still life and portrait art.

This program is designed for the student who has completed one or more terms of the After School Elementary ArtVentures Program. 
The child
should have a working knowledge of the Elements of Art, have acquired basic artistic skills in areas of drawing, painting and sculpture, developed an understanding of simple artistic vocabulary, and can stay focused on task for an extended period of time.

The students will expand their knowledge and skills in these areas, learning new techniques, media, and explore a variety of artistic styles. The study of old and contemporary masters will enhance the students understanding of the purposes of art and its reflection on culture and society.
